How do I improve my endurance?

A coach guides a client through a training exercise outdoors at sunset, with the Dubai skyline behind

Start by being specific about what you want to do. Walking further, keeping up with everyday activities, completing a strength session and sustaining a sport all involve different goals. Running is one example, not the definition of endurance. Note what you can do now and agree a realistic progression with a qualified coach, rather than adding more intensity every time you feel stuck.

Review the basics before buying a product

A training plan needs to fit the person doing it. Look at consistency, recovery between sessions, food and fluids, and whether the goal matches your current starting point. Ask your coach what the next manageable step is and how you will recognise progress. A supplement cannot substitute for appropriate training and nutrition.

When is this a health question?

An unexplained change in what you can manage, persistent fatigue or other symptoms deserves an appropriate clinical conversation. Do not assume it is a motivation problem or a nutrient deficiency. Describe the change and bring relevant health information; a clinician can decide which assessment, if any, is useful. This article is not a guide to exercising through symptoms. Stop exercising and seek urgent medical assessment for chest pain, fainting or severe breathlessness during exercise.

Where might supplements fit?

Evidence differs by ingredient, activity and person. The question is whether there is a clear reason for a particular product in your circumstances, not which stack is most popular. EVA bases supplement decisions on measured deficiencies, suboptimal results or a defined pathway, with physician review and follow-up. Tell the reviewer what you already take and ask about benefits, limitations, overlap and follow-up. No performance increase is guaranteed.

Where does EVA fit?

EVA offers blood testing, optional DNA analysis and a personalised protocol, including a supplement protocol reviewed by an EVA physician. It does not replace your training plan or appropriate medical care. If you are considering an assessment, ask which question it would help answer and how any recommendation would be reviewed.
