Questions answered

From test results to an agreed next step

Start with your question. Understand the reason for your next step.

You may start with a question about supplements, your results or a health goal. EVA brings blood testing, optional DNA analysis and clinician review into one pathway, with a personalised supplement protocol and ongoing supply. Blood measurements, inherited information and your own history contribute different pieces of context. Ask what each adds to your question, what the review can conclude and what the full service costs before choosing.

EVA connects testing with a clinically guided review and an individual plan. EVA reads your biology across three timeframes: DNA describes what you inherited, blood shows where you are now, and your protocol shapes what happens next. The aim is to find and correct risk years before it becomes disease, then measure whether the plan is working. The purpose of the review is to work out what the findings mean in your circumstances, which questions remain open and what action, if any, makes sense next.

1. Start with your context

Your goals matter, but so do your history, current concerns, medicines and supplements. Share what you already know and what you hope to understand.

A good starting question is: “What decision could this test help us make?” It keeps the assessment focused on useful information rather than collecting numbers for their own sake.

2. Collect the information

The blood pathway provides measurements from your collection appointment. Optional DNA adds a different type of information. Neither replaces the account you give of your health or care from your existing medical team.

See how blood collection works and what DNA analysis can tell you.

3. Review the findings

EVA's clinical process brings the results together before decisions about a protocol. Ask who is responsible for your review, their clinical role and how you can raise follow-up questions. Automated explanations may help present information, but they are not a substitute for an appropriate clinical assessment.

Use the discussion to distinguish findings that need attention, findings that need more context and findings that do not require a change. If further medical assessment is recommended, ask what to do and when.

4. Agree the plan

You should understand why each recommendation is being made and how it will be reviewed. Where supplements are considered, share your existing products and medicines. Ask what the intended purpose is, what to watch for and what would cause the plan to change.

A useful plan is specific enough to follow and clear enough to question. You should not need to guess which recommendation matters most.

5. Reassess when new information arrives

New results are a reason to review the existing picture, not an automatic instruction to add or remove a supplement. The discussion should consider the timing of the tests, relevant changes since the last review and whether the original question has been answered.

  • What has changed in the results?
  • What has changed in your health, medicines or routine?
  • What should continue, change or stop following clinical advice?
  • What is the next review point, and why?

Already have blood test results?

Outside blood tests cannot replace EVA’s own panel. Every EVA protocol starts with EVA’s own blood test, collected and analysed through its pathway, so your clinician reviews the same panel, measured the same way, at the start and at each retest.

Keep your earlier reports as clinical history. When you start, share your health history, medicines and supplements with EVA. Your EVA physician decides whether individual findings require further tests; there is no automatic replacement, top-up or discounted-panel route.

Who should I contact about a concern?

Ask the team for the support route that applies to your account and how clinically important results are communicated. For a medical concern, contact a qualified healthcare provider; do not wait for a wellness programme review if prompt care is needed.

Ask EVA about the review process or use our follow-up appointment checklist to prepare your questions.

The whole picture

One test can't tell the whole story.

Your biology has a past, a present, and a future. EVA™ reads all three so nothing is missed.

Connected

One input can't guide you. Three, connected, can.

Your DNA sets the context, your blood confirms what is happening now, and your supplements act on both. DEVA™ ties them together daily, and each new test makes the next one sharper.

Step 1

DNA

Your inherited baseline. The context every later reading is interpreted against.

Step 2

Blood

Where your biology is right now, re-tested so the protocol tracks real change.

Step 3

Protocol

A clinician-reviewed plan built from blood results, your health context and, with Elite, DNA.

Step 4

DEVA™

Daily guidance that turns the whole picture into one clear next step.

Questions

Frequently asked.

A trained phlebotomist visits your home or office in Dubai and collects your blood sample, and with Elite your DNA sample, in a single visit, taking around 10 minutes. Blood results return within 5 days; DNA, with Elite, in roughly four weeks. IGF-1 results arrive within seven days. A clinician then builds your protocol.
EVA™ tracks more than 70 biomarkers spanning cardiovascular, metabolic, inflammatory, hormonal, and liver and kidney function, giving a complete picture of your current biological state.
DEVA™ is your Daily EVAluation: three insights, three actions, and three outcomes drawn from your protocol and presented in plain language. It connects you to your biology each day without charts or jargon.
Your supplement protocol is built from your blood data, and with Elite your DNA, and reviewed by a clinician. Dosage is aligned to your biology and current needs, and the plan is adjusted as your biomarkers change.
Complete the separate medicines and supplements sections of your EVA questionnaire. EVA reviews the supplements it recommends against your results and reconciles overlapping products to avoid duplication. Other supplements can be reviewed in an EVA physician consultation.
